Circle K  The club sponsors a college student organization of Kiwanis at Truman State University.  Some members of Circle K attend weekly Kiwanis lunch meetings and assist the club with service projects.

Farmer’s Market  Kirksville Kiwanis Farmer's Market is a long standing tradition!   From May through October, the club sponsors a farmer's market on the town square next to courthouse on Elson Street on Saturday mornings beginning at 7:00 a.m.    

Highway Cleanup The club cleans litter from Highway 63 four times per year.  The Kirksville Kiwanis Club is responsible for the segment from La Harpe Street to Franklin Street on the south side of Kirksville.

International Understanding  The club sponsor a Truman international student as a club member and invites speakers, including Truman international students, to speak on topics from a global perspective..

Key Club  The club ponsors a high school student organization of Kiwanis at Kirksville High School.

Kids in Cars/Car Seat Stickers Provide safety information about infant and young children riding in cars and car seat stickers that remind parents of proper installation.

Prayer Breakfast Serve as Good Friday host for annual Easter Week Community Prayer Breakfast.

Reading is Fundamental Sponsor a reading program at Head Start and other locations in Kirksville several times per year where members read to young children who get to select and keep the book.

Red Cross Blood Drive  The club annually sponsors a blood drive for the Red Cross in March.

Salvation Army Bellringing Annually commit one Saturday in December as Kiwanis bellringers for Salvation Army campaign.

Scholarships  Provide one $500 scholarship from weekly club collection to sponsor a Kirksville student attending Truman State University.  Sponsor two $1,000 scholarships from proceeds from Kiwanis Farmer's Market to sponsor Adair County students attending college and majoring in an agriculture related area.
